Warranty

Our warranty is 1 year.

Technical

A. Check whether the sensor output signal value is within the standard. (A/D's total magnification code/internal code range/base code range)
B. If it is not in the standard, please refer to item 10 for compensation.
C. If it cannot be compensated, please check whether the sensor is defective. (please follow item 8 for testing)
D. Please do m school 1 according to the instruction manual.

A. Make sure it is not caused by fuses, power switches, power cords and voltage switches.
B. Check whether the transformer has nik110/220 input and ACISV output.
C. Please remove the battery and turn it on with AC power to find out whether the battery voltage is not caused. (measure the battery voltage above 6V, charge if it is lower than 6V, and replace the battery if it is lower than 5.5v and run out of power soon after full charge).
A. Put the normal LCD on the maintenance scale in parallel by hand and foot, and then turn it on.
Good case, if not, it can be judged as LCD bad.
B. Check whether the CPU foot is oxidized, cold welded or shorted.
C. Whether there is oxidation, cold welding or short circuit of the connector and hole position of LCD.
D. Check whether the circuit between CPU and LCD is broken.
A. Check whether the sensor output signal value is within the standard.
B. It is not in the standard, please refer to item 10, 1 for supplement.
C. If it cannot be compensated, please check whether the sensor is defective. (please follow item 8 for test)
D. If the sensor is unstable or unable to be compensated after compensation, please replace the sensor
E. Check the interior for wire or protective device interference
F. Whether the battery current is above 6V
G. Whether the replacement of L/C is caused by defective sensor.
A. Weight correction first.
B. Measure the four corners of the scale with 1/3 full weight to see the displayed value.
C. Return to zero the side with the lowest weighing value in 1-4 corners of chain cutter density. (when grinding the scale for the first time, test its force path with a small force test to avoid sensor damage)
D repeat 2-3 movements until the Angle is within 1 hop of the earth, and then do weight correction.
E if the four Angle value error of the scale plate is too large, and is still too large after grinding the scale, it means that the sensor has failed, or the scale grinding method is wrong. Attention should be paid to the sensor specification for 1e sample. The lighter the load, the lighter the grinding power.
