floor scale not working
Indicator Fault：
1. No display / Black screen
- Damaged display board: replace it
- Loose or broken display board wiring
- Mismatched display driver firmware with hardware
2. Indicator Error: ErrL / ErrH
- Zero point error at startup: recalibrate the scale
- Zero point error at startup: broken load cell cable, re-solder the wires
Load Cell Fault / platform scale troubleshooting:
1. Inaccurate weighing: Calibrate first. If still inaccurate after calibration, replace the low-precision load cell.
2. Large four-corner weighing deviation: Adjust the potentiometer and screw tightness inside the junction box to fix the error.
